Reservations
Reservations for up to 10 people can be booked online. For larger tables, please call us on 01637 623677 during opening hours, and we will be happy to make the booking over the phone.

Canine Friends
At Ginger & Joe, we are unable to welcome dogs inside the restaurant area. However, we are happy to welcome dogs in our bar area and outdoor seating — this is a walk-in only area and cannot be booked in advance. Our team will assist you with a suitable table on the day for you and your canine companions.

Dietary Requirements & Booking Details
We can cater to most dietary requirements, so please let us know of any allergies or restrictions when making your booking. All reservations are allocated 2 hours per table.

If you cannot see your desired time when booking online, please call us — we’ll do our best to accommodate you. If your requested date is fully booked, we can add you to our cancellation list and contact you if a table becomes available.

Confirmation & Payment
To secure your reservation, we will ask for credit or debit card details. No charges are made at the time of booking. Once verified, we will send an email confirmation, which includes our cancellation policy.

If your booking is a surprise and you prefer alternative contact methods, please let us know.

Cancellations
All cancellations or changes require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice via email or telephone. Without notice, a £15 per person cancellation fee will apply (including “no-shows”). If we are able to resell your table, we will always waive the cancellation fee.
